Q2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
A2.1 I was always interested in being a person who saves lives and the second time I managed to get accepted to EMS the first time I was not accepted and the last time I was accepted. I was in EMS for 5 full terms. I was also involved in a huge part of the success of the John Luca/Jack Slater Terms.
I was responsible for renewing all the documents and updating to the current time and creating 2 emails channels (Discord) that made all the employees stop fighting about PH/SH because of the working hours.

By giving me an opportunity I can ensure that the legacy continues for another successful tenure as the foundation has already been laid and we can reap the rewards with the amazing setup we have in this organization.

Q3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organisation.
A3.0 I'm looking for take responsebility at the possibility of creating a contract with FIB/LSPD to try get undercover agent to the hospital to provide protection to the employees and maintain peace.
In the same way we will look into another contract with the Government and the DOC to have EMS involved also on the DOC to provide medical attention to all and any suspect and inmate who will need that at any time.
A3.1 Create a good relationship between all the organisations in the city in order to take the RP to the next level
A3.2 To make sure that there is always a commander who knows how to give the answers to everyone who needs them whenever needed
A3.3 Improve the connection between HCs and employees better to the point where if an employee from a certain department got conflicts they go to their appointed HCs not the other department because it's been an issue in EMS for a long time.
A3.4 Reorganising High commands and establishing the fine lines between all of the HC positions.
A3.5 Always make sure to keep updating all the documents so that everyone will always be aware of everything
