Approved VDM, RDM, FL in RP situation | ID 22015

Please check the POV.
We were having a basic conversation and from no where a car comes to us with an extreme speed. When we try to talk with the rash driver guy in peace manner, he didnt replied in English even and RDM us immediately right there, and while going away.. he again VDM 2 of my friends nearby.
