2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have been in the gang scene for a very long time and know how to make a good gang that is good at RP, and follows the rules. I have been a high rank in most of the gang's I have joined and this shows how trusted I am to be given a position of power countless times in multiple gangs. Ballas have rarely been dominant in this server and I plan to change that by:
Recruiting new and active members that follow rules and constantly RP.
Good RP with other organisations from robberies, to hostage situations, to global events.
Dominant force in the ghetto plan on having the ghetto full with ballas, and ballas RP.
Big gun / protection deals with families for money and recognition.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization. With big organizations, the level of roleplay always depends on the leader. Leaders have to set an example for their members and set a standard for them to follow after them. Once a leader sets a base and set of rules and regulations to follow it becomes a standard that everyone who joins the organisation has to meet that standard or higher or else they will face removal. Same with RP, a leader who RPs will encourage other members to join in on the RP. A lot of events and a good view from the public eye helps any faction grow.
