We arrested him, for Failure to Identify. As he was wearing Balaklava and when I asked him for passport but he started running. I tazed him and he put his Mask in his bag. I searched him too. He was carrying too much of illegal stuff.

We are taking him to DOC, but he called his friends there did metagaming. I take him to Garage, and from there we are going to DOC by chopper. When he listened, he quit game.
