We have a suspect, he called his friends while in cuffs (am not sure too for metagaming). There two guys randomly come to us and give demands. They don't have 4 people and 2 cars.

We arrested him, for Failure to Identify. As he was wearing Balaklava and when I asked him for passport but he started running. I tazed him and he put his Mask in his bag. I searched him too. He was carrying too much of illegal stuff. We are taking him to DOC, but he called his friends there...

1.) firstly As you can see, 15437 is waiting in front of the hospital. I came to pick him up. You can see my blue-wheeled bugatti at 1:10(if u check ur pov i look there in your pov at 1:25 - 1:30), so I see my friend in handcuffs before the event started. I was there from the very beginning. If you look at your pov anyway, I've been waiting with my vehicle from the beginning.

2.) secondly if u check 3:20 i said leave him and i watched whole event so no one say "pull over" or any demands these are just request.
