Rejected Mass rule break | EMS

Wednesday , February 22, 2023 : I submitted application for joining EMS , as you know in EMS email written : MINIMUM requirements: - IRL age 16 - 7 Years in the city - No criminal record (Please get it cleared before applying if you have prison terms) - Good level of English both written and verbal - No face or gang related tattoo allowed.
So i changed my name and i removed the face tattoo i had. I spoke with Ron Abruzzi | 80255 and i asked him if he checked my application , but he broke the rules and he got punishment for that (Mixing) : Approved - Mixing | 80255 . As you can see in that thread all the EMS HC defended for him while he is guilty just because their friend.
I waited for 3 days doing nothing , avoiding criminal stuffs , being clean , just waiting without salary ... and still didn't get answer , so i went today to hospital and ask for the result , but i didn't find HC there, so they send me to Sandy shores hospital to talk with Mickey Stranger | 87215 , he said it should be on email a list of submitted applications , but i told him i already checked and there is nothing there , he said that he doesn't know and should ask the Chief or his Deputy :

. I went back to the other hospital and i asked for meeting with the chief , they informed her , but she told them let him DM in discord. I did , but never got answer:

My application got rejected without any reason (IC) , but just because i reported one of the ems employee on the forums and EMS got verbal warning (OOC) , i consider this is mixing when you use OOC reason in IC. And this is POV showing how they accepted an application from a guy who doesn't know the rules, and he failed in the interview because of that :

After a while i found him again waiting in the lobby and asked him what he is doing here after being rejected in the interview . They gave him another chance :

Being a Chief that doesn't mean you own the hospital and you decide who join and who doesn't, until you give a good reason. So please admins , make sure to take the right decision by letting them create a list that shows accepted and rejected application, give good reasons and don't use OOC reasons in case of rejection.

So.. what's the rule break here? You put "Mass Rule Break" but there literally isn't any. Could you name 1 for me? You're making a forum just because they rejected your application.

1. Any type of org applications are OOC ( you apply for them on discord ), thus obviously they will consider OOC reasons + IC reasons to hire you. Adding on that you had a history of reporting them, resulting in them receiving a verbal (mentioned by you.) so why would they accept you?

2. ID 49202 was probably given a chance to go and read up on the rules again and come back later, what's wrong with that?

3. "Being a Chief that doesn't mean you own the hospital and you decide who join and who doesn't, until you give a good reason."
The Leader is not obliged to share with you why you were rejected or not, just move on and apply next time. Why make such a big thing "Mass Rule Break | EMS", where there's literally 0 rule breaks from EMS.

4. In the first evidence where you speak to the Mickey Stranger, you were very aggressive and undermining - threatening him if he doesn't do what you say, you will post a forum - provoking? (GR 6.12). On top of that, in the screenshot conversation you had with the Chief and the deputy, you mentioned "I was talking to Mickey but he had a problem with his mic", this statement shows that you were talking to him ICly + evidence video no.1 also shows that as well - thus you brought an IC situation, OOC (GR 6.10).

5. The date of the complaint is wrong, like cmon bro.

I put Mass rule break because u cant put Mixing | EMS , So you was an admin and you telling me they have the right because i reported one of them ? so why we report brother ? everybody will not report anymore if that will affect ICly.
Its true u apply in discord OOC as its called 'email' IC but they don't have the right to consider the OOC reasons , for example if i don't like you IRL that means i have a reason to kill you in the city ?.

2-im not telling that's a problem when they give to someone second chance , but if you wanna do that , do it the same way to all people (except IC reasons)

3-actually , yeah , i need to know why my application got rejected (especially when there is no valuable reason), IRL , any org they will tell you a reason , for example : you dont have enough experience , you dont talk this language ... you should know that RP its more than a game and rules ( the rules that made to get RP closer to IRL).

4-Yes i was Serious and not 'agressive' because they just keep pretending there is no result and everyone doesn't know ( because no one can tell the truth about that reason ).
I didn't Provoke him IC , as you can see i typed in non-rp chat , and thats not provoking , i just didnt want to make this situation bigger and bigger , i thought maybe he will understand.
-I didn't brought an IC situation to OOC , cause if you read again you will see that SHE asked to DM her in 'email' because she refused to have meeting with me in the hospital when i asked for , which idk why .

5-I can't put an exactly date because there is no specific day , its 3 days since that started .
