I was doing a case at DOC when a DCJ (District Court Judge) Zladko Allen came over to me and instigated a confrontation. He threatened my Job and that he could get me arrested in 10 mins if he wanted to. This would be miss use of power as all ex-DOJ employees mostly know that a sole person cannot sign off there own arrest warrant. So he used his position to scare me. - (Video 1)
I then made an arrest warrant against him and submitted it to AG. Signed by me (Division Chief at LSPD) and Oghi Flann (Chief of Police). We were just waiting on AG to approve it.
The penal codes we listed was
3.5 Corruption - (Video 1)
Because him threatening me and stating that he could at anytime arrest me at any time. This is Zladko Allen conducting himself in a dishonest and fraudulent behaviour, by his residing in power given by the state.
4.2 Professional misconduct - (Video 1)
Because he was threatening, shouting and provoking me for a response. This is Zladko Allen conducting himself in a manner of professionally unsuitable, disruptive and abusive towards another member of a state org or civilian.
5.5.3 Ill-use of a judicial permit - (Video 1)
Because he was threatening to use his powers and judicial permit by the state to intimated others and threaten others to show his power. This shows Zladko Allen demonstrating misconduct through the usage of a Judicial permit issued by the Department of Justice.
When I gave the Arrest Warrant to AG | Dray Ottoman he request about 45-mins to 60-mins to review it.
When I came back he had decided not to sign it. And the reason he stated was he "doesn't deem any penal codes to be Brocken at this moment" This is in Video 3 time stamp [07:40 - 07:55]. He had reviewed the all the evidence and didn't see one act of his employee being even violating Penal Code 4.2. Like I must be blinded and deaf to not see what Zladko Allen did. Dray Ottoman refusing to acknowledge any of the evidence that points towards these penal codes, must be classed as corruption because he is conducting himself in a dishonest matter. As stated in Penal Code 3.5. Dray said if we get more evidence of Zladko Allen doing the same thing he would sign Arrest warrant off. Which means he knows Zladko is in the wrong and the evidence is good and it shows all penal codes. But he wants more.
How does more evidence of the same thing more or less now show he Zladko has Brocken the penal codes. Like he either has or he hasn't. How does more evidence of which he is claiming shows no proof of any violation of penal codes then make it prove that Zladko has Violated the penal codes.
