I told the guy how to drop the weapons but I said OOC speaking before but still Rio Cassano give me mute.
I have the bodycam of it. I had no option of Mute Down below so I select jail.

Admin made correct decision, only time you can speak OOC is when there's an admin with his tag ON other than that you must stay IC if you wanna talk OOC without presence of an admin use NON-RP Chat
