After this, the same person just states that he will just go on his twink, trying to just dodge all RP.

SAHP Sheriff comes in, tells me that SAHP undersheriff steps down. Then he is seen on discord saying that his undersheriff stepped down and the other account of the same person can just be undersheriff again.

Not really giving any chance for RP to continue.

The situation should be handled icly as the person was still in organisation can’t consider this as avoiding rp also to be noted that the twink that joined in the organisation the rank will be revoked​
