Police can shoot in gz with valid reason. I had valid reason

No FearRP, he complied with your demands. About GZ: There are many places on the map where it shows Green or Red Zone on your top right, but by the rules, it doesn't count as such. Waiting for administrator's decision

And also, nothing can stop a cop from putting down criminals. Using taser, or even firearms in such situations even inside GZ can be allowed for cops. It depends on the situation, of course, but you just pulled him over in the middle of the city so at least in my eyes he had the right to shoot at you.
