I accidentally hit this guy once by my car when he ran into my car and then he pull out his guns and decides to shoot me without demands for no reason with rp behind it.

In the precious vault war, a group of people gave us deman and I thought that friend was one of them because I am fighting with everyone and the friend throws vdm at me, then gets out of the car and opens fire but cannot kill, but I can get silenced penalty due to mixing.

Metagaming as well reporting your self at this point and you could give demands and if i was with them I would be fighting with them and not letting them die that clearly makes me not part of them and you should still give demands to make sure but either way you didn't so take the punishment hitting you by accident isn't vdm and i didn't full kill you or anything

There was no metagaming, the person I was talking to was with me and our other friends were just watching the broadcast, they were not even at the scene.
