you've mentioned he's blacklisted twice now, are u like that excited about it little weirdo, post ur pov and stop going off-topic, admin asked u for entire pov for that event. Also the post was open and u were aware of it so if u deleted the pov with a active pov request on you then that is ur personal issue not the admins.
