as you can see the first one he did CL the one with ID 27249 , and his friend tried to help him the one with ID 28226 , and yeah he did CL too after that he came back and i arrested him as normal person but in the DOC when he couldnt go out, and no one helped him he did CL again when we saw he was having a lot of things .
