Thats not even fear rp honestly. Kinda unrealistic that ur org is trying to suround someone that has a hostage? If someone had a person that i care about as hostage i would not try to suround him while he has a gun at the hostages head? U rly report anything huh? like when u reported frank and and in same clip u were doing ub....

if they are left alone we can take them as a 10-15, he was left alone, so they tried to arrest him and get the governor back, read state rules.
Marabunta Leader was left alone, he was surrounded and given multiple demands and he refused to follow and instead ran back to his gang members so nice FearRP to the gang member.

Maybe next time they can learn some RP
