He arrested me and did not read my rights and when i asked for my lawyer at 10:05 he came to me in at 10:35 and told there is no lawyer i have waited 30 mins.

Reading Miranda rights is an IC thing there is no control of admins over it you can deal with that ICly and secondly if you request a lawyer then the time limit increases
