Rejected Got Scammed by USSS Lieutenant

I have posted an Ad to sell Ubermatch M5 (E34) for negotiable price and this officer offered to 1.3mil for the car and said he doesnt have enough money right now and asked to sell for 20k now and rest of money will be paid in installments of 100k per day and till now he havent paid single dollar.
