2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
~As far as my experience tells that I have been having High Command in most usual gangs and I think Bloods was the best effective gang in the city because my family is in that gang and our family makes the gang effectively active and lets the gang top on turf, events and everything. I will also make sure that the Bloods Gang doesn't lose its reputation in the events and in front of the LEO's.
~I also want to make sure that our gang does not do silly mistakes which can be lead to a gang warn. As per as my experience tells me that many gang leaders cannot hold their term for 30 days. I want to make sure my term will completed the milestone of 30 days, as I trust my deputies will handle the gang properly in any events while I am not their. So that the Bloods reputation won't get down.
~ I will make sure that my gang do at least 1 store robbery, 1 hostage situation and attend every clands and make sure that Bloods will be active in the ghetto so every guy while entering ghetto must fear from Bloods. I will make sure my turfers will try to do 100% turfing and make Bloods On Top and also I will make sure that LEO's must fear from Bloods before conducting a ghetto patrol.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
~ I will make sure that my all gang members know and each every rule which makes roleplay impressive.
~ I will make sure that Bloods will do as much events as possible like hostage situation, store robberies, clands and make sure to do all graffiti.
~ I will make sure that our gang members knows that how to negotiate with LEO's properly and make sure that they know how to rob someone.
~ My advice for improving roleplay is to make the ghetto more active and I want to make sure that the guys will do proper RP while clapping or patching someone.
~ I have a prior experience such like in FIB HC and I know how to deal with LEO's and I will apply this method on this gang.
