2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have enough experience irl and in game to get that leadership.
I want to be leader of SAHP for test. Yes, TBH i dont planned to finish my term(if i will get it ofc). I want to test Promotion Points. I want to show how real SAHP must work. few examples
SAHP at any events must only work with traffic (blocking roads, checking cars, working for drivers safety, escort governor) all units in SAHP except special team can have only pistols.
Insurance days only wednesday and sunday. All other days u can take it from NPC.
We have amazing new location close to Casino something like customs. Daily minimal 1 time we will make some raids - where will be checked also all leos cars. Also wanna try to raid different active locations - for example beach sides , parking lots and auto fairs. Citizens must work much more cause we will fine everything what breaks state rules.
only sahp special units (5-7 ppls) can and will join to events. Im interested on RP line so we will try to do all to reach it. A lot of illegal stuff always stay in vehicles trunks, so SAHP will clean city without any shooting.
And last one - SAHP its about chase, its about cars, and high speed thats why if i will get leadership in SAHP garage will be only:
Lamborghini Aventadors , Range Rovers 2020, McLarens , Bugattis SS , and Chirons. 4 Helicopters.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I cant promise that there will be full RP. Cause always we will have shitters, who mixing ooc with IC or ignoring any RP lines. U can be sure i will do my best on the way for great RP.
I dont promise to do SAHP best org in history of grand. But i know how to reach it.
In all this moments any leader need piece of luck - u cant plan nothing cause someone will destroy it.

for RP in SAHP :
OOCly we will check ID for rule break reports on forums. ( but we cant use it in RP , so we will know what kind of mistakes he can do and will try to teach or aware team mate to not repeat it oocly)
ICly in ORG will be invited Deputy s who can RP good and he will train also few assistants for himself who will also checking how all lower ranked units acting at events.
From shift start all units must have bodycam. If they playing 24 OOC hours also must be 24 hours of record. (At testing HC can ask any time period pov and Unit must show it. If he cant -500 points. If situation repeats x2 (1000,2000,4000,8000,16000 and etc)
engine blocks system must change - we can use it only 3 times in hour. its non rp when at every chase u can use it ... (this what u can do for make rp better)
Ranks and how u can get it
1)Recruit (for rank up needs - join discord. (At video call with showing his screen must answer to any 3 questions about state rule or about processing crimes and etc.)
2)Sergeant ( needs 1000 promotion points)
3)Lieutenant (needs 1000 promotion points)
4)SAHP SU(special units) ( this rank for shooters and here u can get invite only by advice)
5)Captain (3000 promotion points)
6)Major(5000 promotion points)
7)Detective/inspector/investigator ( 5000 promotion points)
8)Chief deputy(only by advice, activity)
9)Leader
Inside of department will be a lot of roles doesnt matter what ranks they have. Roles can be given by situations where units show their skills. Kicks - except ooc punishment only by Leader.
How u can earn promotion points -
By joining to events what will do leader or deputys +250 pp each
Server events only for SAHP SU they will get $ bonuses for it.
Weekly will be random test hours we will call different SAHP units for a talk where will give different questions. Every correct answer +100pp.
But also for breaking rules, for approved reports and this kind situations will be added Demotion points.
Every unit who will reach promotion level will receive also $ bonus.
Any time u can see in org chat different questions (depent time) where first one who will give correct answer will get 50pp and $5000
Ig u get enough information how i planning to teach units and increase their RP skills.
