2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
First Reason: I have been in gangs for a long time now and when i have been in them they havent had alot of events like for example Gun store, 24/7 and FZs and that is one of the reasons i want to be leader so we can actively do events so everyone will have fun.
Second Reason: Ghetto has been a bit dead lately after Ballas got so big and now they just kill everyone they see and rob them. I want to change that, i think if i get leader i can get my gang to get into ghetto and fight with ballas so it is not only them taking over ghetto. So i want to take over ghetto.
Third Reason: Bloods is one of the strongest gangs in city. So when people think of Bloods they will fear us and want to join us right away so they dont get killed or robbed by us. So when we do Gun stores, 24/7, Hostage situations and etc they LEOs will get scared when they see us.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. I want to make sure everyone in my gang know the rules so we dont get gang warnings or the people in my gang doesnt get a gang warning and if they break rules that can give us warnings or gets other gang members
2. If we win events that can give the gang money or the leader money i will put some money into the gang balance and give everyone that participated a bonus so people will be excited to go to the next events.
3. In subs i want to make alliances with the other gangs so that gangs can win start winning Subs again because lately gangs have been losing subs.
