Rejected Rules of State 1.8 | EMS

It is rules of State 1.8 because refusing to assist for an arbitrary reason. DOJ is part of GOV but not all GOV are DOJ.

Also, this is not the first time that this has happened. Futhermore, they say I am DOJ but when I ask from DOJ side I say DOJ to EMS but i am saying GOV to EMS: which means I am acting as gov and not DOJ

Code for lawyers 3.1 Lawyer. 3.1.1 A Lawyer is defined as a Citizen of the State or State Employee who: a) Passed the Lawyers Bar Examination as conducted by the Attorney General or a Judge. b) Has been entered into the Registry of Licensed Lawyers of the State. c) Holds a valid and legally obtained Lawyers Licence. 3.1.2 A Lawyer is required to hold a Lawyers Licence in order to perform their duties as a Lawyer, and must comply with the Lawyers Code and any additional rules and regulations as determined by the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Where does it state that a lawyer is a part of USSS and requires shots?
As EMS we are only permitted to do shots to HC for active Leo's.
Has the rules changed that Lawyers can pull weapons' from storage and demand shots ?

In the civil code of procedure law it state:
16.1.1 SAHP, LSPD, FIB, USSS, IRS and NG can cooperate to carry out joint investigative
activities

16.5 Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
16.5.1 The Emergency Medical Service reports directly to the Governor.
16.5.2 Each event must be attended by at least one ambulance.
16.5.3 The Chief of EMS has the right to establish the rules for the provision of medical
services and the sale of medications, although must stay subject to compliance with the
current legislation and the absence of massive complaints from citizens.
16.5.4 All EMS personnel are required to provide medical assistance to state citizens, in
exception of situations where there is a threat to the life of an EMS employee.

So please advise what did we do in order to make any errors following the rules in place?

As EMS we are only permitted to do shots to HC for active LEO's.

By this argument, you may not give shots to NG as the National Guard is NOT a Law Enforcement Organization (Civil Code 15.5.1) This is why NG is not required to read the Miranda Rights (Civil Code 4.6) They may but it is not required as they are NOT a Law Enforcement Agency. Similarly, you cannot give shots to the Governor or Deputy Governor as they are the Head of Government Government is not a Law Enforcement Agency. Parts of Government are (USSS/IRS) but the Organization is not.

• DOJ can't Request an Adrenaline shot since they don't participate in events or help other leo in gun fights.
  
  
  2.2.2 Other State Organisations or Departments of Government are not considered Law Enforcement Agencies but may be empowered under law to take specific actions within their jurisdiction. There is no such thing as acting as DOJ once and then acting as GOV, DOJ is a department inside GOV, so you are representing DOJ all the time

Coming to your statement that DOJ can assist LEO in gunfights, NO, you dont see a Supreme court lawyer pick up guns and go to battlefield

Your statement in the department is literally incorrect, if you want to have your units need shots, you tell EMS the entire info, you dont just tell come to gov to give shots as a SCJ

Coming to 2.2.2, it states representative of DOJ, which can fight with LEO, but that itself will be the WAR division within DOJ.
