Rejected Unfair Blacklist | Hooli Vilgeroarson

I joined National Guard on 2nd Of March.
I joined with my previous rank.
Everything was fine.
I was doing my work and didn't commit a single offence

On March 4th.
I Was Banned Out Of The EN1 NG Email.
I was Told that I'm blacklisted.

I Have few arguments with it.
I was told by Lt. General Gregory House that Hooli blacklisted me using the Leader 1.7 rule.
Leader 1.7 rule says a employee can be dismissed by employer if he/she has lost confidence with permission of senior curator.

But I was blacklisted instead of dismiss.

Blacklist only comes when a serious mistake is committed, not by any HC's choice
Being dismissed doesn't affect my chances of rejoining NG in future.
But blacklist does.

Hooli blacklisted me because of his own choice.
I was not provided any information.

I was banned from the email so that I can't get answers.

Hooli is also ignoring me and not giving me answers.


I request some insight answers for this injustice.

I'm complaining in admin section because according to 1.7 leaders rule, leader can dismiss any employee with approval of senior curator.
That makes the complaint to be towards the senior curator also.
