Rejected FAIL/ FEAR RP - ID 7239

We had 3 cars , 1 car with 3 people , 1 car with 2 people and 1 car with 1 person, we asked 7239 who was alone in his car to stop on the high way multiple times , he did not stop he refused to pull over , he keeped driving away and refusing to stop my apologies on the audio issues

I need to be able to hear audio on these types of reports
12 hours to post video with working audio

this is the only footage i have , and in it you can clearly see multiple vehicles trying to stop him and him refusing to stop , i do not have the audio portion as my nvidia software is having issues recording audio, im sorry but i cannot turn back time and record the audio in another method

my family member video is corrupted , i will have to recant this for now i guess, until i fix my body cam
