My id is 148735 I got blocked for gen 1.1, I had asked for changing my social account, I was not having idea that i will get ban, but previously when I asked admin they told me that your account can be changed you have to just purchase a new account, yesterday i bought new account then i contacted admin for changing then no one replied and today morning when I requested for changing my account, then he said you cant do it, i asked why because i was not knowing , this rule, he can tell me to read rules, if was not knowing about that rule but that rule says if i trading my account or giving it to anyone but i did not done any thing like that, i have a laptop and i uses different wifi's to play the game but the system is same so how he banned me i want to know the reason . I had not done anything wrong i was just asking for a help from admin side. If you want any proofs I will provide. You can check my in game log of logging in i have used multiple wifi's or network but only one device.
