I went to join the ballas to hq. Then I ask for hc someone say that there is no hc right now wait. So I am waiting for hc to join suddenly a admin issue me warn ghetto 1.3 . So how can I join gang without going to any hq. And why I got warn I just go there for ic reason join the gang.
