Rejected Blocked Account

I start taking a gym at 13.38 (around 20.38 in my timezone) and fell asleep in the next hour.
When I woke up, suddenly my account had been blocked for 60 days for the reason "GR 4.1 - Gym Bot".
I never used a mod/cheat and even didn't know the cheat app for this game
Can you explain why you blocked me? I fell asleep means my character didn't move at all, you must know it too, right?

I know it was my mistake for not quit the gym first, and don't know what gym bot is.
