2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I wanna be the leader of FIB because i m having a lot of experience in legal orgs even more in FIB. I think i can contribute a lot to FIB from my experience. I will also show other leaders that FIB could be very more active and can have max numbers in every event . Luke Vilgeroarson's term was very good and in that term FIB was active so i also wanna continue it
Also i was a HOD of Undercover in lily's term so I know the best way of collecting eveidences, The biggest thing is not making an evidence but the biggest thing is making that evidence valid and then do gang raids within time so that the evidence dont get unvalid.
Also FIB has a bit more responsibility than other legal orgs because they have to be a cheif negotiater in store robberies and hostage situations. They have to lead the situation and also have to make evidences of license plates so I m gonna train people for this responsibility.
Also i think i have learnt a lot from my experience in the journey of trainee to COS and this will help my org to be safe from warnings.Also i have leadership qualitis in me in ooc life as i m a captain of my football team which will help a bit more to lead my officers very well.
3. Your advice for improving Role play level in organization:
For improving roleplay i m gonna take test of every officer in my org every week o that they are updated by the new rules and regultaions. Anyone who fails it will have to get the training again.
I am gonna hire the best HOD of HR ans well as best HOD Of IA so that everyone gets trained well and there are regular checkups on logs,vechile trunks, gun license and health insurance and there is no corruption in org.
There will be no favouritism and everyone will get rank according to work they do. If anyone is getting rank without work he will be directly demoted or in extreme conditions may be fired.
I will make sure that there are good numbers in night also because i have seen that, in night the leo orgs are little less active. The people who are working in night will get more bonus and rank ups .
There will be a strike system for deparment so that they do work with responsibility. After 3 strikes, they department HOD and DHOD will be demoted and a new HOD will be selected.
