**2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? **
- 1. The FIB is one of the org with the most responsibilities in the city. Such an organisation needs a good leadership so that the whole system of orgs can get better together and fight the crimes together . For this , A Leader has to put in quite a lot of effort ; Considering that FIB is the one who's keeping the city safe from crimes and terrorism That is why I want FIB to have someone that knows how to deal with stuff like this.
- 2. Since I have a lot of experience in legal state orgs, this seems like a logical step in my further roleplaying. I would love to take the leadership for FIB and take this org to a whole new level with my experience and leading skills.
- 3. A lot of my friends and colleagues have been asking me to get into leadership , so as to make the Environment of FIB clean as well as make it the best of any other Legal State org . Moreover , I have some people as well who are capable of being the deputies so that the internal structure of FIB can be more stronger .
**3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.**
- 1. There should be a role of Substitute FTO . As , Getting the people in the org is easy . But , giving them proper training such as Arresting someone , making the radio calls , making proper logs , doing the raids and patrolling , etc . can be sometimes tough when u see that many of the times , the people from the FTO department have some ooc issues due to which they cannot train the new agents at the moment. To avoid this from happening , it should be the role of Substitute FTO who will train the new agents in the absence of the FTOs . The Substitute role will be given only to the agents who are active for most of the time in the city .
- 2. Professionalism is one of the most important Key Factor of FIB or any other Legal Org . I have seen a lot of examples of unprofessionalism during my experience in FIB . As an FIB agent , i felt that this is very unrealistic and unprofessional way of representing the FIB in front of the citizens / other State Orgs . During my leadership , I'll prevent unprofessionalism and misbehaviour (shouting on radio , killing each other , teasing , etc.) so as to maintain a clean and healthy environment for everyone else in the org . To prevent this , first a verbal warn will be given to the agent . Even after the verbal warn if this is continued by an agent , then a strike will be given . Max strikes which can be given to an agent will be 2 . After that , the agent will be fired from the organisation.
- 4. During my time in FIB , i have seen many people getting recruited in FIB (which is said to be one of the hardest org to get in) without having any past LEO experience . They are taken in the org and they don't know heo they have to do their job. They sometimes don't even have basic idea of a legal state org . That results in them making a lot of mistakes and sometimes it also becomes difficult for the HR team to make them understand their work and the whole procedure. I'll make sure that each and every person who gets recruited in FIB should have past LEO experience.
- 3. For keeping the city safe from terrorism and criminals , I'll make sure that me and my team (FIB) will stand out at its best and i will make it the best State Org . All the criminals will have a fear of FIB and the consequences they will face if they commit a crime .
