How was that a visual bug he was well aware of the fact that my hands were down as you can hear it in the pov and he should have waited but he proceeded. If the forum was was against me it would have counted as technical glitch because i didnt put my hands down purposely but from his side he didnt wait before robbing me which should lead to punishment.

When u put ur gun away. The hands go down but they go back up after couple seconds for some ppl. Maybe ur hands went back up on his screen so he proceeded to the steal ur cash. Maybe there were down when he told u to put them up but then went up again. Its hard to punish ppl for these types of situation when it could just be animation bug
