Rejected RDM and Car Theft in GZ |0000

Hello,
Now this is going to be a hard one to work out.
I was AFK in BeachMarket GZ as per the POV shows.
I went onto web browser to do somethings. I come back to game screen and im in hospital and my car has been stolen.

You will see from the POV where I left myself and where i found myself when going back to game screen.
I have muted audio because i was having private conversations with my wife in the background but youll see it bares no influence on the POV as i wasnt involved in conversation inside the game.

I feel strongly that althought I never saw what happened you can easily and confidently assume what happened.
My car is in impound now and i was in hospital.
I know I didnt see what happened but the video shows that i was not at fault.
I would gratefully appreciate some help with this matter as i know you admins will be able to work out what i can see via admin rights. so you can see who killed me and who was last in my vehicle.
I dont want the information, I just want you guys to act upon the person who broke server rules and to return my car to me so i dont have to pay the impound for something that was against the server rules to begin with.

Did you even read what i put above?
Also i have just got the car stolen screen from earlier. the thief was Flashing Galaxxy.
You can clearly see from POV where i was when stolen. action should be taken.

yes but without sound in video and without single proof we cant do anything need pov with sound

but you can clearly see from my video that i was afk in beachmarket and never left. then i end up in hospital.
And ive provided the screenshot to even show who stole my vehicle and you say nothing can be done? that doesnt seem right.
Why have server rules if you dont enforce them. GZ is meant to be safe.

This is the issue with car theft. The punishment for stealing cars by breaking server rules should be hard otherwise it's an unfair advantage for them

I explained why, I was having a private and personal conversation with my wife. This is actually absurd. Absolute BS.
