Rejected i got ban for some reason

Dear GTA GRANDRP Server Administration, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent ban placed on my account for allegedly breaking Gen 6.3. While I understand the importance of following server rules, I believe that my ban was unjustified. On the day in question, I was in possession of an item from USSS when I encountered a network outage and an update was released. As a result, I was unable to access my account for an extended period of time. When I finally regained access to my account, I inadvertently forgot to return the item and joined another organization. While I acknowledge that it was my responsibility to return the item, I believe that the circumstances surrounding my account's ban were outside of my control. Furthermore, I have been a loyal and active member of the GTA GRANDRP community for a significant amount of time, and I would hate to see my account permanently banned due to a simple mistake. Therefore, I kindly request that you reconsider the ban placed on my account and allow me to return to the community. I assure you that I will make every effort to adhere to all server rules and regulations in the future. Thank you for taking the time to consider my request. Sincerely, Kim_Zawgyi
