โฃ I have been on organizations before so i have some experience in general on gangs and i know all most all the rules

โฃ Give more bonuses after every successful event or rp situation that my org members will conduct so people get more willing to be more present on the gang.
โฃ People who want to be employed should be examined in more detail so it dosent everyone get into the org so will be less messy and less conflicts.
โฃ People would be interrogated by the Leader and Co-Leader themselves, because they will have access to invitations to the organization and no one else, so that it would not happen that lower ranks can invite people to the gang and give them ranks as they arrive.
โฃ It should be a little more properly divided what opportunities each rank has in the Organization, I would add more ranks for each function.
