as you can see in the POV we was driving by the hq and they started shotting in a gz without any demands given

i get they are able to, but they still need to give demands to get out of the car or leave the area befor shooting as its a gz ,as there was no crime committed so we should've got demands before shotting.

It is not clear if they gave demands to the car in front of you or not
Also based on your behavior to them by asking them to pullover
Gave them enough reason to attack you

Provide a better pov
And make another complaint if no demands were given to the first car as well​
