2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) I have been a law enforcement officer for a long time period including as FIB Director, SAHP Sheriff for 2 full terms LSPD Deputy Chief, and FIB Deputy Director, I have good experience with city rules.
During my time as the SAHP Sheriff, I have proved my leadership skills and org activity.
My home organization was and always will be FIB, I Have led this organization many times and I would like to continue my legacy.
During my time as a LEO, I have been head of humane resources countless times, Therefore I have the knowledge of recruiting people to the organization.
2) I always thought undercover and Special operations are one of the most important things in FIB, Therefore I would like to introduce some changes and improvements to those divisions, My main priority will make sure that people will join those divisions so we can make them big in numbers and strong.
One of those improvements will be to introduce more certificates.
3) I want to be Director because I would like to make FIB recruitment more strict, I would like to introduce a new way to get promoted within the organization's ranks, that way people that deserve the promotions will be promoted.
I would make sure that every promotion will go through me to make sure no favoritism is done.
I would also introduce a new ranking system to the organization.

3. Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
Conducting Global IC events has improved the Role-Play during my SAHP leadership, I would like FIB to conduct more of those as well.
Take advantage of RP commands more, as I have shown during my SAHP leadership, it can and has increased the quality of RP in the org.
Weekly Tasks for the organization members to complete, if they complete them, bonuses will be given.
Conducting promotion ceremonies each week to motivate the agents.
Send Undercover Agents to different organizations for the purpose of investigating a possible crime.
Make sure the people will collect more evidence and patrol more instead of chilling in the FIB garage.
Introduce more kinds of RP to the organization.
