About:
Early in his career, Mr. Loveboat was trained and mentored by some Los Santos criminal and litigation lawyers, laying the foundation for his successful criminal and court practice spanning two decades.

Having built an outstanding reputation based on an impressive track record of results for his clients across Los Santos, Mr. Loveboat opened his own firm with a team of associates with offices.

Clients of Loveboat Criminal Law benefit from the deep and broad knowledge of criminal law, driving law and the criminal justice system.

The law firm is known for its highly accessible culture, skilled advocacy and signature strategic approach to every case.

The lawyers at the firm have excellent reputations with the police, prosecutors and the courts across Los Santos. In addition to their courtroom skills, the lawyers at Loveboat Law advocate for and achieve decisive victories away from the public eye, often before the criminal or driving case ever sees a day in court.

Chain Of Command:
  • Paralegal - Someone who has completed some legal training but not a qualified lawyer as they haven't passed the bar. They can help partners on cases by doing research/admin work but they can't take on cases by themselves.
  • Associates - Each associate is assigned to senior partner who acts as a mentor for them. They will help the senior partner with all cases he/she's working on. They are also used to do admin/other work set by whoever is in charge of all the associates.
  • Senior Associate - Same as associate but they are also given some small cases to handle by themselves. Also less admin work.
  • Junior Partner - No longer report to a senior partner. Junior partners buy in to the firm and are entitled to a small share of the profits. Junior partners deal with medium to high profile cases.
  • Senior Partner - Also buy in to the firm but get a much larger share of the profits. These lawyers are the best of the best and deal with multi million dollar cases. They often specialize in a certain area of law and they take on the most difficult cases.
  • Named Partner - A senior partner who's last name is used as part of the name of the firm. Typically second in charge after the managing partner.
  • Managing Partner - A senior partner who is the boss of all the other senior partners and junior partners. Has the highest salary and runs the firm on a day to day basis.

Rules:
  • Every lawyer is a citizen of the State of San Andreas without any criminal records, who has successfully passed the State Bar Exam and has paid in full the state fee for obtaining a private lawyer license.
  • Every employee performing his official duties, undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and procedures.
  • Every lawyer is obliged to provide his services exclusively on the terms of the existing contract, concluded with the client beforehand and prior to the provision of the identified services.

  • Every employee is responsible for all of their professional activities, as well as for compliance with existing laws and regulations.

Hello Sam,

Our law firm specializes in criminal law. It will be our job to represent clients when they are convicted of a crime. Employees at the firm start off working as a receptionist where they will be responsible for managing and directing in coming calls. Once you gain some experience you are promoted up to a paralegal. A paralegal can help partners on cases by doing research/admin work but they can't take on cases by themselves. Once enough experience and training has been gained they will be eligible to take the bar exam and become a fully fledged lawyer. We offer a comprehensive list of legal services that are all in compliance with the Lawyers Code of San Andreas.

I hope this helps answer your question.

Sincerely,
Chad Loveboat
Attorney
