(2) Why do I want to be Leader of FIB:
(2.1) For me, FIB and NG both are the backbone of this state dealing with internal and external affairs. While SAHP, LSPD and Government maintaining peace and simplicity among citizens. And I decided to give my life in fighting against criminals for betterment of society.
(2.2) It's been a long time I am serving to our state by working in different legal organization. My journey start from ghetto and then I start working in Medical services(doing lobby, calls, etc.). After spending some years there, I joined SAHP. This was first organization in which I worked to protect state. When I got enough experience for meeting minimum requirements for FIB. I requested transfer and I worked there for many years. I got promotion multiple times and last big promotion I got was 'Head of Department'. This whole experience will help me leading this organization.
(2.3) In my growing years, I love to watch movies based on life stories of spies. I can work hard to achieve my goals.
(2.4) In my whole career, I meet many agent. I know their wishes and I will love to fulfill them and give them best experience in roleplay.

My advice for improving roleplay level of organization:
(1) Record keeping must be done properly and org. have to keep record of every events including scripted-unscripted events by gangs and families, interviews, trainings, hall shifts, certificates for achievements, inspections of employees and their vehicles, etc.
(2) Conducting global events in state and hosting public events for good relations.
(3) Additional bonuses for doing roleplay (some of them are mentioned below):
(3.1) Arresting criminals
(3.2) In victory of events
(3.3) For best agent of week
(3.4) For collecting evidences
(4) Agents must carry these items with them on duty: one pill for each disease, food items, med kits, gas can and a repair kit.
(5) Negotiation will not be done by FIB, we will be on stand to take down every single criminal.
(6) From Field Agent I, all agents can carry FIB Issued pistol off duty for their safety (1 pistol with 20 bullets per day).
