2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- After playing for 4 months in the city, I met many new members and have been part of many organisations and Lifeivader is the best one for me. During my tenure at LI, I observed many mistakes done by the employees and also some fights and I want to sort all this out.
- Sometimes I observed many employees available in the city and the ads getting overflowed, and I will ensure that this will never happen. I will make sure everyone enjoys their job and never feel burdened. I have observed the works of the previous leader and I will implement the correct things and improve the wrongs done during the last leader's tenure.
- I am very fluent in English and have great communication skills. I have great leadership qualities and capable of keeping the work environment calm and enjoyable and make sure everyone plays their role efficiently.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- I will recruit only deserving employees who know the rules perfectly and help them in their early phase of employment regarding the policies of LI.
- I will make sure that each and every employee have knowledge of all roles in LI, for instance, if a person is employed for the Ads team then he will also be trained in journalism, in this way all employees will be an all-rounder.
- I will never let any ad pending in the panel and if no one is available in the city and ads are overflowing I will personally take up the task.
- Every employee will receive a daily bonus for their hard work, and every week they will be awarded according to their ads edited.
My main motive is to make LI on top!!
