Hello admin,
I was banned for tax evading and making this because i didnt know it was. My friend was recently quitting grand rp because he had bad ooc issues and decided to give me his house for free. so he sold it to me for 60k and another house. he told me to give the other house to his friend so we both would have a house. i didnt think that this was tax evading and only thought it was an act of kindness. If you could please understand i thought it was him being kind but i guess it wasnt. I am really sorry for doing this and will never do it again.

Sir its Travis Virgil | 6337 who sold the house for cheap. Honestly I can say it was not tax evading cause that morning i was thinking to starting family one of my house numbered 629 but its sealed and i got mad then i decided to leave the server and gave my another houses to my friend. We didnt do trade or He didnt send me more money as you can see on the logs later. It was just a gift and game rules allow this we can sell houses half of their state value. Hope you can understand me. With all my respect. Thanks a lot.
