Hello,

The player used PDA to let others know my name, on voice chat. Also the player is able to speak while he is in sleeping mode.

I understand that is called Metagaming on Grand RP using PDA (OOC tool) to find out information about me and use in personal use as well, share with others.

The player didnt shake hands with me or I didn't show passport to this person. He directly searched for me using his FIB function and access to PDA and let others know about my identity.

He had a SIM card I pinged from players near by I knew the other players there it was obvious that there was only 1 person I was pinging I didn’t know and one other person there so it was oblivious it was him as pda tells you have far the person you are pinging is from to top it off I’m in the undercover department which allows me to use pda if I’m not in uniform all rp valid
