These officer bozos came up to me while I am sleeping in my car then arrest me. As you can see I am afk and not replying because I am doing something ooc. They then proceed to taze me out of my car and arrest me wrongfully even tho I am sleeping and they are not allowed to touch me. If you do not believe me, you can ask for their pov and it will be clear I am sleeping.

You were not sleeping as they were able to cuff you and drag you. Also, they had the right to arrest you as you had 4 red wanted stars which mean you were a priority threat. Thus, they had an IC reason to arrest you (wanted by the state). Also why is this still being reviewed?

People be doing the task to get the 20k each hour and going afk expecting the cops to not do shit while they afk. If you're busy, go inside your house and go afk, or maybe don't take the major threat task

from what i saw i can say that they were not that much professional with you and i can see that i believe you were afk but they were not any sleeping icon on top of your head bc he cuffed you (you cannot cuff someone when they are asleep the AI will stop you ) so they had a valid reason to check your identification which they asked you to provide and you did not comply with the order
HOWEVER they made a small mistake by not telling you the reason they are asking you for the passport which is not a violation but its just kinda unprofessional from their side which still an IC issue if you wanna take it to court
being AFK under 10 min is not considired AFK bc they will not see the sleeping icon so the whole i was AFK talk is not a reason for you to say thats a fail RP

Oh yeah sir in that case you gonna be correct but I think just to be fair the admin need to ask for his pov just to make sure the side window wasn't broken to anything
I'm not defending them I'm just saying it's good to give everyone a chance to defend themselves
