Random VDM & RDM and it turns out it is someone who is the literal plague to this server known as Jose Delion. He has NUMEROUS accounts across all servers and is banned for cheating on all of them. I'm not sure how he continues to keep getting into the cities but please figure it out. As you can see in POV, he didnt even miss a shot on me.
