2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I want to be leader of this specific Organization because of the following reasons:-
A) As i have been in this server from more than 2 years so i have got a proper knowledge about all rules and reulation of city so there won't be any mistake from my side. I have some idea to make SAHP again best Org in the LOS santos as i am already prepared for all thing like i have some idea that who will be my High command. And as SHERIFF I will make SHAP Ground to up as soon as possible.
B) AS i Have been working in all legal org of city so i know the rule of all org so i can apply those rule in SAHP so it will be more beneficially to all citizen and SAHP also to all Legal Organization and as i worked in FIB And LSPD as High Command i know how High Command work. I would hire best officer and give them best training so tht they donot may any mistake also i will give the FTO rank to most elligeble officer who know how to train new officer so in future the officer donot get in trouble.. with joint efforts of SHERIFF and All officer i will make the SAHP 100% BEST ORGANIZATION in city.
C) Last but not the least; I will work jointly with all legal org and help them in any global events .i will make all officer much more happy by doing some RP fun. and i have learned from habbib in sahp how to handle the situation so i will use that knowledge to deal any kind of situations. i will make all officer motivated all time so they can work in good moods.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Always obide by chain of command this will keep everyone calm in check and moving swiftly will increase the whole real life feeling to the sahp. and i will use the command which i learned from FIB and make all officer be calm.understanding what you can and cannot do eg ooc rules and ic rules that way theres no disruption in rp. and i will give them proper rank according to their experience and hardwork so they become happy and work at same post by their full dedication.
