Having experience in LI previously, and progressing through the ranks I have an excellent understanding of how LI works. I know how the bonuses work, complaints against LI, inter-org communication, and out-of-city work such as spreadsheets. Along with having experience in EMS as a high command, GOV as Senior Attorney, and FIB; I would be a great asset to LI. I want to help LI reach its full potential as it has in the past; from posting quality News Articles and Videos, as well as Talent Shows and Events.
1. Emphasis on Quality instead of Quantity
I have seen too many times in my previous employment in LI, and still currently that mistakes are made in advertisements, and news articles. This looks bad for LI as an organization, and for the employees. I will work to ensure that mistakes are corrected, and news articles are double-checked before being submitted to the radios. I will work to improve this by ensuring that there are no mistakes in the news articles mainly. Things are already being done and have been done for incorrect ADs, but continued training/testing will be useful to the employees to ensure quality is the top priority.
2. Scheduling of Employees
There are times that LI is low on numbers, and ADs will get overlooked or take a while to process. I will make regular recruitment drives and ensure quality employees are available around the clock, as well as have HCs available to answer any questions that may arise. During the later hours, some ADs will go unedited for long periods of time which is unacceptable. To fix this issue, we will recruit employees to fill in the times that ADs are taking longer to process.
3. Restoring LI's Image
While I believe LI is operating "normally"; I see a lot of room for improvement. The quality is going down over time, in terms of ADs, news articles, videos/interviews, as well as events. When I first joined the city LI had more interviews and videos covering news in the city. Currently, the amount of that has gone down as well as the quality. I will improve this by having updates on the city at least weekly, in the form of news articles or videos/broadcasts as well as events. LI has been a "background" organization for way too long and I'd like to create a better image for LI.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.In my past experience in LI and other organizations as HC I believe it is fairly straightforward. The main thing I would like to see is more engagement between LI and the citizens instead of just editing ADs. LI should be capturing more footage of events happening around the city and creating videos based on those. I would also like to have more people around/at the LI HQ, from hosting promotion ceremonies, parties, and other events at the HQ. There have been a lot of times that the buzzer at the HQ has gone unanswered, and that is not acceptable. I will work to make sure that someone is available to answer the buzzer when it is activated.
I will work to make all departments of LI active/available again, as well as ensure that people are working around the clock to capture footage of news and current events around the city that are taking place. I would like to see more events hosted by LI as well, and around the clock instead of times when people may miss them.
I will work to help the citizens of the state, and restore LI to what is expected of LI as an organization; to improve relations between LI and other organizations as well as the citizens while improving the appearance of LI.
