- As a hard-worker at LifeInvader I made more than 16.000 ADs in 12 weeks (3rd in the total of LifeInvader history) and Head Of Events Department now. Since I became the Head of Events, events team revived itself because I chose true people to be in the team, then we made activities and they pleased the participants. Generally the people in LifeInvader like me because I have good relations with literally everyone, because as a High Command, I do not choose the way "punishing hard" instead of telling them the true thing to do in a proper and kind way.
- If someone comes up to me with a problem, I try to solve it with my other High Commands to guide the person , and if the solution I made cause any problems, I take full responsibility on myself because I offered the solution and most of the time it gives positive results, people do not feel under pressure and I am brave enough to face with the results. I would not look at my employees from the perspective of a leader instead, I would prefer to put myself into their shoes because I have been in their place before and I would try to understand the problem from their perspective, that would me a great leader not a boss.
- I am believing myself to work hard enough to make LifeInvader one of the best Organisations in the city because I am believing myself about finding decent people to work and promote whoever is working hard and unfortunately demote the people who are not working/being active enough. I think I have good communication skills with others and I am sure that I will reduce the amounts of complaints about LifeInvader by speaking with the employees and I will make sure we will please the customers.
- I will encourage my team members to communicate openly and honestly with each other. I'll encourage them to share their ideas, opinions, and perspectives freely. I will set clear expectations as maximum participation to events and less amount of mistakes on ads, and I will recompense the ones who do these as bonuses and moral speeches. I will conduct internal events on regular basis to keep my team's motivation and morale high at all times, so they don't get bored just doing ads and it will give them more opportunities.
- To ensure efficient management of the organization, I will proactively monitor the activity of our High Commands (HCs) and take action to demote any who are inactive. This will create opportunities for other active members to step up and become HCs, which not only keeps the organization running smoothly but also boosts morale and motivation among the team. I would openly take ideas from my employees to improve the running of the organization which will in turn increase participation from my team members. As I have been seeing, the citizens of Los Santos always ask staff to come to the reception but their request goes unheard, I will make sure this issue is fixed, At least 1 HC will be present at the Head Quarters at all times.
- In my opinion, as the Head of Events Department, the people in Events Team are not getting paid well, because as LifeInvader we are not doing events in a regular basis, and the money they get is not worth because as I said, events are not in a regular basis. I would not tolerate favourtism of any kind, No new members will be allowed to enter the organization after the applications have been closed, Which will decrease the amount of inactive employees in the organization and improve the quality of the organization.
I believe I would be an excellent choice to lead the organization because of my extensive experience, deep understanding of the organization's operations, and strong ability to inspire and motivate others. My good relations with employees will enable me to build a cohesive team, while my knowledge of the organization's inner workings will ensure that we are operating at peak efficiency. Ultimately, my leadership style is grounded in a commitment to collaboration and open communication, and I believe this approach will help us achieve our shared goals and objectives.
