2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
--> I have a confidence on me to take the specific organization on a good amount of level and i will keep my workers in a good Manner .
--> I am quite aware of all the rules and policies of this organization and with proper amount of keen management I can take out employees in a pretty much well guided way and outshine this organization
--> I will reconstruct the whole ranking system and the department within and choose people wisely and reward people efficiently who work hard and help in the development of this organization. I will make sure everyone has their own target to achieve and will be rewarded as per it.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
--> I will make sure everyone has their own part to play in this organization and they will do it not because of they need to but because they want to, I will be creating enthusiasm to all my employees. I will be making sure our people interact with each other by doing specific events and all also doing group works to make a particular task simple. I will make sure everyone helps everyone. It is when we combine many ideas, we get a quality output.
--> Every time it has been a race between employees to make it to the top 3rd and get bigger bonuses and double promotion, where they forget to check the quality of the ads. I will make sure each department has its own Head who takes care of certain issues.
There will be 4 departments,
- Advertisement Department
- Recruitment Aiding and Training Department
- Creative Team
- News Department
The Ads Department will focus on the advertisement in clearing the board.
The RATD will focus on recruiting and training new recruits as well as taking tests and to maintain orderly within the department.
The Creative Team will focus on managing events and especially talent shows.
The News Department takes care of the daily article and providing information to the public about various situations in the city.
Each department will have their own set of tasks a week and funds to every department will be taken care as per the demand of Head of the particular department.
Every employee can choose up to 3 department and work accordingly.
--> I will make sure that there is always an employee available at the HQ every now and then because it is the satisfaction of the customers we need. I have seen it many times, people come and go with astonishment waiting for LI employee to arrive. Heard various complains myself.
--> Bonus system will be changed to reward the people.
--> Employees will be strictly advised to follow strict RP and the rules of the state to avoid unwanted distortion. Talent shows will also be organized in an orderly manner.
--> Changes made will be conveyed in an effective way that everyone gets it and the mistake isn't made again.
Also, I have many ideas to promote the organization of my own.
