Rejected Ban Appeal "Ordered Refund"?

I GOT BANNED IN DECEMEBER.The ban was based on me asking for a refund?I am not aware of any sort of refund procedure i dont even know how to file a refund.The only thing i remember was that i emailed Epic Games regarding my Gta V account which was unlinked from my epic games account even though i bought it.That is another problem but for now i have bought another copy of the game on steam and want to continue Grand Roleplay on it.I have spent about 3 1/2 months grinding on the game to enjoy but after my exams my account was blacklisted for refund.Please unban my account as i want to play again.If something was done indeed from my side I am truly sorry. Please unban my account I BEG you.
