After fighting bloods one of them comes out of their HQ and comes to the fight so I start to shoot them and then he runs back into his HQ as I am shooting him.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 18406 will receive a punishment for Ghetto Rules 1.8
1.8 If a gang member gets chased by cops/gangs, he cannot get back to his HQ for 5 minutes | WARN
