i was looking for the target to collect him , than i saw this guy hold a gun and give demands inside the city !!

bruv your a debt collector there aloud to give you demands to leave the area dont matter where you are

im the one dead on the floor and they stopped to help me because someone vdm me and when you drove up and tried to take there debt they told you to leave and you didnt listen! IM the one unconscious on the floor. these 2 guys giving demands were helping me out.

Since clear demands were given, they had all rights to shoot and kill and this is not 6.15. (6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them).

However

ID 84 will recieve punishment for Mixing
ID 19465 will recieve punishment for Fear-RP + Fail RP​
