Jack Mcoff was born in Cruz Vermelha Hospital by 1994. By the time his parents were going through a divorce. He never had the attention he needed due to his parent's breakup, which led him to make his own decisions at a young age.
He had always been very friendly, but when he was celebrating his 16th anniversary with his friends, a robbery happened at the place. One of his best friends got murdered and the killer ended up running away. Jack was never the same.
His coolness became more intense, his introverted side showed up and the new Jack was the reincarnation of revenge.
He thought to himself that people like the murderer should not be walking around freely, he wanted to change society's behaviour and completely
extinguish selfishness.
Years passed, Jack never really digested the unfortunate events of its 16th anniversary. By 26, he ended up joining the LSPD to make a change, make criminals humble and respectful, and also put them behind the bars.
Even though he wanted to remain completely clean and incorruptible his brothers stepped into the criminal life. There was no other choice
but to cover their illegal activity. Today, Jack Mcoff is a mixture of corruption and integrity, he's still loyal to his friends but his past self-personality is a little modified by the cause-consequence of life events.
