Hello Admins, Hope you are doing Great. Let me explain the plot which is based on mass corruption!
I was at DOC, as there was a recent info on the Department Radio that there are heavy Gang activity! I was staying at DOC, because GOVERNMENT is disbanded. I then saw 4 guys off duty entering the DOC, without permission. I asked the guy for his passport and he showed his ID. He is from NG. He proceeded to go to the Gym to get his friends record clear. But then later I realized they had guns and Drugs with them. They had misused their ability to open the doc. It is a clear case of corruption.
I was personally blacklisted in FIB for corruption 2 weeks ago, but I actually didn't do it (nevermind). I made a Department for NG HC to come to DOC and fire + Blacklist the NG officials, as I had to arrest them. But the Deputy of NG. Mr. Jay Verlice declined it, and refused to fire them. This is a clear case of corruption. (Corruption without Bio)
But before that I had requested Mr. Fedrico Hillington to help me out and he said the exact same words. "The officer can use the penal code if he takes ICly, the way he likes" This doesn't grant me to ask for anything else. But the two arrested NG officers has to be blacklisted for 14 days and fired. This was how things were practiced and its a part of penal code for corruption. But as Mr. Fedrico said, I had asked them to blacklist the two officer. Thats how I practice my penal codes.

16:54 - I arresting the officer for Trespassing and being corrupt off duty
16:59 - Mr Jay arrives
17:08 - Mr. Jay refuses to blacklist, addresses it as internal issue, clearly not. (15:04 Video Time)
17:11 - Mr. Fedrico explains I can request the officers to be blacklisted
After that Mr. Rodrego, General of NG arrives. I had to explain him the entire story again. and they still refused to blacklist.
Both of them stalled the situation until it is 25+ minutes and then we had to leave them free! I have seen cases where Senior Attorneys and HC get punished for not blacklisting. I just hope people don't take advantage, I just did my Job!
The fact is, even after Admins explaining them that they must be blacklisted when the arresting officer demands, Both made sure that the 25 minutes had passed away!
Mr. Rodrego was never Invited nor called in the situation. But next time I request him not to stall the situation!
