Rejected Changing name punishment

My Ic name is Negan Smith which is not a famous person name as the admin claims , therefor the punishment shall not be applied and i don't want to change my name because this is how people use to know me since i start playing on the server one year ago . .
and again sorry for complaining here but that's the my IC name changing it will ruin my Rp experience .
again im not complaining about the admin in here , im just saying that's just a character played in a movie and it's not even the real actor name and i just like the rhythm of it
